The Consumer confidence indicator increased slightly in June, after the significant increases observed in the previous three months, reaching the maximum value since February 2020 (results of the last survey not affected by the evolution of the pandemic).
The economic climate indicator also increased considerably between March and June, only moderately in the last month, exceeding in the last two months the level observed in the beginning of the pandemic (March 2020). In June, the confidence indicators increased in Manufacturing Industry, Trade and Services, reaching in the latter case, for the first time, a level higher than that observed in March 2020. In the opposite direction, the confidence indicator decreased in Construction and Works Public, after reaching in May its maximum since January 2020.
