Note(s):
(1) The municipality of Loures include data from Odivelas municipality.
(2) In 2011, the municipality of Funchal includes data from the municipality of Câmara de Lobos. Due to changes to the MRRU forms used by the APA, since 2015, in the online collection of data on urban waste, there were modifications in the data compilation model for data resuming and therefore a break on the series in the year 2015, despite the parallelism and continuity of the corresponding variables being used in the calculation of the indicator.
(3) Data for Portugal Mainland and Autonomous Region of Madeira provided by Portuguese Environment Agency (APA, I.P.) from administrative web based database Integrated System for Waste Information Reporting (SIRER), Municipal Waste Reporting Forms (MRRU). Data for Autonomous Region of Azores provided by Regional Directorate for Environment (DRA) from administrative web based database Regional Waste Information System (SRIR).
