Note(s):
(1) From January 1st, 2015 came into force a new version of NUTS (NUTS 2013). At NUTS II level was just a name change in "Lisboa" which became known as "Área Metropolitana de Lisboa".
The geographic location corresponds to the location of the educational institutions where students were enrolled.
(2) A- The source of this data is the Survey on Registered and Graduated University Students (RAIDES in Portuguese); Does not include recognition of doctorates held abroad.
B- S&T refers to fields 05 "Natural sciences, mathematics and statistics", 06 " Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs)" and 07 "Engineering, manufacturing and construction" of ISCED-F 2013.
