The disposition time measures, in days, the time that would be required to complete all the cases that are pending at the end of a specific period based on the rate of work done in that same interval time, i.e., the number of completed cases in this period. Applied to a year, this indicator multiplies by 364.8 (number of days in a year) the total of pending cases at the end of the year divided by the total number of completed cases during that same interval time.
