At-risk-of-poverty rate (Early series - %) of resident population in households with dependent children by Work intensity; Annual - Statistics Portugal, Statistics on income and living conditions
Note(s):
(1) Work intensity (of the household): for each year, corresponds to the proportion of the total number of months of work as employee or self-employed for all the non-dependent members of the household in relation to the total number of months of work, unemployment, retirement, education or other type of inactivity for all the non-dependent members of the household.
(2) Data concerning year n are collected on operation SILC n+1. The net income was transformed into the equivalent household income per individual, using the OECD-modified equivalence scale. For each household, the equivalent household income per individual is obtained from the quotient of household's total income and the household's size in terms of equivalent adult members, and this value is assigned to each household member.
