Note(s):
(1) Target population - people aged 15 to 34 years old who has completed some level of education and who, by the time of the interview, did not attend any formal education activity. It is considered the age at which individuals left, for the last time, education or training with school equivalency (formal education). It does not imply that they have completed a given school year (i.e., the individual may have left the school year at the beginning or the middle). The answer is independent of the respondents intention to 'return to school'.
