(1) The year of 2022 includes crimes committed by 396 non indictable individuals under security measures, admitted either to psychiatric prisons (198) or non-prison psychiatric hospitals (198).
(2) "None" includes prisoners who cannot read or write and those who although able to read or write did not complete any education level.
(3) Prisoners flows in military prisons are not included. Total also includes others or none specified status. Until 1999, the values include non indictable individuals admitted in non prison psychiatric facilities. From 2000 to 2003, the values not include non indictable individuals admitted in non prison psychiatric facilities. From 2004, the values include the individuals non indictable admitted in non prison psychiatric facilities - series break.
