Concepts
  • REVENUE FROM TELEPHONE AND TELEFAX SERVICES:  It comprises all rates charged by services relating to telecommunications supplied during the fiscal year under consideration. It includes revenue from subscribers, other national and foreign governments, government telecommunications, etc., after deducting the share of such revenue to be paid to other administrations or bodies, for outgoing telephone traffic (governments in possible destination and transit countries). It does not include revenue received as balances on accounts from previous fiscal years, funds resulting from loans granted by the government, investors or the financial market, as well as amounts received as contributions reimbursed or subscribers' provisions.
  • ENTERPRISE:  Legal entity (natural or legal person) that is an organisational unit producing goods or services, which benefits from a certain degree of autonomy in decision-making, especially for the allocation of its current resources. An enterprise carries out one or more activities at one or more locations.
