• COMPLETE EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:  Higher level of education that has been successfully completed, or for which equivalence has been obtained, and which confers a certificate or diploma.
• EXTENDED LABOUR FORCE:  Labour force enlarged by the inactive seeking work but not immediately available and the inactive available but not seeking work.
• LABOUR UNDERUTILIZATION:  Indicator that aggregates the unemployed population, the underemployment of part-time workers, the inactive seeking work but not immediately available and the inactive available but not seeking work.
