COOPSTAT NEWS N.º 18 19 Expert Working Group on Statistics: Uso de Dados Administrativos (Minsk, Bielorrússia)| Expert Working Group on Statistics: the Use of Administrative Data (Minsk, Belarus) Cooperação com outros países Nos dias 4 e 5 de dezembro decorreu em Minsk (Bielorrússia) uma sessão do Expert Working Group on Statistics subordinado à temática da utilização de dados administrativos nas estatísticas oficiais. Este evento foi realizado no quadro da Eastern Partnership (EaP), que é uma iniciativa comum que abrange a UE, os seus Estados Membros e seis países da Europa de Leste: Arménia, Azerbaijão, Bielorrússia, Geórgia, a República da Moldávia e a Ucrânia. O INE foi convidado a participar no evento, tendo sido representado pelo colega Almiro Moreira, Diretor do Serviço de Inquéritos por Autopreenchimento do Departamento de Recolha de Informação. Na sua intervenção, o colega partilhou a experiência portuguesa no aproveitamento de dados administrativos para a produção de estatísticas oficiais, nomeadamente no mapeamento de potenciais fontes de informação administrativa. On 4 and 5 December an Expert Working Group on Statistics covered by the European neighbourhood took place in Minsk (Belarus), under the topic: “Use of Administrative Data in Official Statistics”. This event was held in the framework of the Eastern Partnership (EaP), which is a joint initiative involving the EU, its Member States and six Eastern European Partners: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. Statistics Portugal was invited to participate in this event and was represented by Almiro Moreira, Head of the Business Surveys Unit, from the Data collection Department. In his intervention, the colleague shared the Portuguese experience regarding the use of administrative data, namely in the mapping of potential sources of administrative data.
