COOPSTAT NEWS N.º 19 8 Cooperação com os Países de Língua Portuguesa Cooperation with Portuguese-speaking Countries Entre 20 e 22 de Fevereiro o INE acolheu uma visita de trabalho do INE Angola sobre o Inquérito ao Emprego. O INE-AO visou conhecer as melhores práticas do INE nas componentes de metodologia, recolha e análise, por forma a incorporar melhorias no inquérito angolano de 2019. Nesta ação participaram, pelo INE-AO, a Diretora- Geral Adjunta do Instituto, Ana Paula Machado, o Diretor da Unidade de Estatísticas do Mercado de Trabalho, Ezequiel Luís, e o técnico da mesma Unidade, Patrick Pedro. A visita foi conduzida pelo Departamento de Estatísticas Sociais do INE, através do Serviço de Estatísticas do Mercado de Trabalho, tendo beneficiado igualmente da participação do Departamento de Recolha e Gestão de Dados. A ação revestiu-se de uma forte componente prática, que complementou a assistência à distância igualmente prestada neste domínio. Statistics Portugal welcomed a study visit of NSI Angola (NSI-AO) in the area of Labour Force Survey (LFS) in the period from 20 to 22 February. NSI-AO aimed to get to know Statistics Portugal best practices in the areas of methodology, data collection and statistical analysis, so as to improve the 2019 Angolan LFS. NSI-AO was represented by Ms. Ana Paula Machado, Deputy Director-General, and by the experts Mr. Ezequiel Luís (Head of Unit for Labour Force Statistics), Mr. Patrick Pedro, from the same Unit. The Department of Social Statistics, fromStatistics Portugal, was responsible for the technical coordination of the study visit, through its Labour Market Statistics Unit, which also benefitted from the participation and expertise of the Department of Data Collection and Management. The action had a strong practical component, which complemented the remote assistance also provided in this area.
