COOPSTAT NEWS N.º 19 9 Cooperação com os Países de Língua Portuguesa Cooperation with Portuguese-speaking Countries O INE acolheu uma visita do INE de Cabo Verde na área do Ficheiro de Unidades Estatísticas (FUE), na semana de 11 a 14 de março. O INE cabo-verdiano pretende reestruturar os processos nesta área, revitalizando a utilização do FUE para que este sirva de suporte efetivo à atividade estatística associada. O INEPortugal foi escolhidoparapartilhar a suaexperiência neste domínio, através da mobilização da equipa do Serviço de Infraestrutura Informacional que assegura a gestão do Ficheiro. O INE de Cabo Verde foi representado pelo Diretor do Departamento de Estatísticas Económicas e Empresariais, Fernando Rocha, e pelo técnico Álvaro Santos, do mesmo Departamento. Statistics Portugal hosted a study visit from NSI Cabo Verde (NSI-CV) on Statistical Business Registers, between 11 and 14 March. NSI-CV is currently restructuring processes in this area, aiming to revive the use of this Register, in order to effectively support the related statistical activity. Statistics Portugal was chosen to share its experience on this domain, namely through the expertise of the Informational Infrastructure Unit, which manages the Business Register. NSI-CV was represented by the colleagues Mr. Fernando Rocha, Director of the Department of Economic and Business Statistics, and Mr. Álvaro Santos, an expert from the same department.
