COOPSTAT NEWS N.º 20 12 Visita de Trabalho do INE da Estónia sobre Recolha de Informação nos inquéritos aos agregados familiares | Study visit from NSI Estonia on data collection in household surveys Visita do INE de Espanha na área de Estatísticas das Empresas | Study visit from NSI Spain on Business Statistics O INE acolheu nos dias 11 e 12 de dezembro uma visita de trabalho do INE da Estónia sobre os processos de recolha de informação no contexto de inquéritos aos inquéritos por entrevista e observação de preços. As participantes estonianas, Epp Karus e Kristina Saar, tomaram boa nota das práticas do INE em matéria de planeamento e monitorização da recolha de informação, utilização de ferramentas de assistência computorizada às entrevistas (CAPI, CATI, CAWI) e coordenação de entrevistadores. A visita foi conduzida pelo Departamento de Recolha e Gestão de Dados, nomeadamente pelos Serviços de Integração de Processos e Inquéritos por Entrevista. Nos dias 22 e 23 de janeiro realizou-se no INE uma visita do INE de Espanha (INE-ES) que incidiu sobre a utilização da Informação Empresarial Simplificada (IES) no contexto da produção de estatísticas das empresas e contas nacionais. Participaram na visita o Presidente, Juan Manuel Rodríguez, e Diretores-Gerais do INE-ES, Alfredo Cristóbal e Miguel Ángel de Castro, que foram acolhidos pelo Presidente e Vogais do Conselho Diretivo do INE-PT. Participaram igualmente os departamentos do INE-PT responsáveis pelas áreas de Contas Nacionais, de Estatísticas Económicas e de Gestão e Recolha de Dados. A visita refletiu a proximidade dos laços que unem os INEs ibéricos, cuja cooperação terá continuidade ainda no primeiro trimestre de 2020, com ações noutros domínios estatísticos. Statistics Portugal hosted a study visit from NSI Estonia on 11 and 12 December regarding data collection processes in the context of household surveys. Estonian participants, Epp Karus and Kristina Saar, took good note of Statistics Portugal practices in planning and monitoring data collection, using computerized assistance tools for interviews (CAPI, CATI, CAWI) and coordinating interviewers. The visit was conducted by the Department of Data Collection and Management, namely by the Units of Data Processes Integration and Interview Surveys. On the 22nd and 23rd of January, Statistic Portugal hosted a visit from the Spanish NSI (INE-ES), which focused on the use of Simplified Business Information (IES) in the context of the production of business statistics and national accounts. The President, Juan Manuel Rodríguez, and Director-Generals of INE-ES, Alfredo Cristóbal and Miguel Ángel de Castro, participated in the visit and were welcomed by their counterparts of Statistics Portugal Board. The visit also had the participation of the departments from Statistics Portugal on National Accounts, on Economic Statistics and on Data Collection and Management. The visit reflected the proximity of the ties that bind the Iberian NSIs, whose cooperation will continue in the first quarter of 2020, with actions in other statistical fields.
