Registam-se o Porto de Honra e o jantar social da Conferência. Tal como registado nas conclusões da Conferência, e atestado pela qualidade dos debates promovidos, os participantes acordaram «reforçar o compromisso com a cooperação estatística lusófona, reconhecendo a relevância das Conferências Estatísticas da CPLP enquanto fóruns de diálogo, partilha e colaboração, em prol do desenvolvimento dos sistemas estatísticos nacionais de toda a Comunidade.» It is also worth mentioning the moments of healthy conviviality among the participants, strengthening the historical ties of friendship and cooperation that bind the countries of this Community. The Port wine tasting and the Conference social dinner, are worthy of note. As recorded in the conclusions of the Conference, and verified by the quality of the debates promoted, the participants agreed to «strengthen the commitment to Portuguese-speaking statistical cooperation, recognizing the relevance of the CPLP Statistical Conferences as forums for dialogue, sharing and collaboration, in favour of the development of national statistical systems throughout the Community.’
