COOPSTAT NEWS N.º 23 18 Cooperação com os Países de Língua Portuguesa Cooperation with Portuguese-speaking Countries A 17 de outubro, realizou-se uma reunião sobre o sistema de gestão da Qualidade no INE de Portugal, tendo em vista o apoio à implementação de um sistema com o mesmo objetivo, adaptado à produção de estatísticas oficiais no contexto moçambicano, bem como de uma metodologia e procedimentos de auditorias internas. O encontro foi assegurado pelo Serviço de Planeamento e Controlo da Qualidade do INE, contando com a participação da respetiva Diretora, Magda Ribeiro, e do perito, Rogério Reis. A delegação do INE-MZ, liderada pela Diretora Nacional de Integração, Coordenação e Relações Externas, Marta Chaquisse, incluiu também dirigentes e peritos do Gabinete de Auditoria e Inspeção Interna e da Direção de Censos e Inquéritos, nomeadamente: Luís Cumbe, Chefe do Gabinete de Auditoria e Inspeção Interna, e os peritos, Filipe Langa, António Adriano, Rafael Cumbe e Estevão Mulungo. A reunião foi particularmente profícua e possibilitou a troca de experiências, procedimentos e documentação relevante, com destaque para o Manual de Processos de Produção Estatística do INE, bem como sobre os desafios associados ao desenvolvimento e implementação de um sistema de gestão da qualidade. On 17October, ameetingwas held on theQualitymanagement system at INE in Portugal, with a view to supporting the implementation of a system with the same objective, adapted to the production of official statistics in the Mozambican context, as well as a methodology and procedures for internal audits. The meeting was ensured by the Planning and Quality Control Service of Statistics Portugal, with the participation of the respective Head of Unit, Ms. Magda Ribeiro, and the expert, Mr. Rogério Reis. NSI-MZ’s delegation, led by the National Director of Integration, Coordination and External Relations, Ms. Marta Chaquisse, also included leaders and experts from the Office of Internal Audit and Inspection and the Directorate of Censuses and Surveys, namely: Mr. Luís Cumbe, Head of the Office of Internal Audit and Inspection, and the experts, Mr. Filipe Langa, Mr. António Adriano, Mr. Rafael Cumbe and Mr. Estevão Mulungo. The meeting was particularly fruitful and allowed for the exchange of experiences, procedures and relevant documentation, with emphasis on the Statistical Production Process Handbook of Statistics Portugal, as well as on the challenges associated with the development and implementation of a quality management system.
