Destaca-se o encontro com representantes de serviços de vários ministérios e institutos públicos, que são atualmente Órgãos Delegados do INE (ODINEs), nos quais está delegada a produção de determinadas estatísticas, sob a exclusiva orientação técnica do INE-CV. Destaca-se ainda o encontro com a Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados de Cabo Verde, na pessoa do seu Presidente, Faustino Varela, e de um dos seus membros, José Maria de Pina. Nesta reunião foram abordadas as principais questões relativas a dados pessoais a incluir na legislação estatística. Foram ainda realizadas reuniões com algumas instituições, para troca de pontos de vista sobre a questão da delegação de competências estatísticas e os limites impostos pela legislação que estabelece o funcionamento do Sistema Estatístico Nacional. Esta atividade possibilitou a retoma dos trabalhos iniciados na visita de trabalho do INE-CV ao INE-PT, que ocorreu em novembro de 2023, e consistiu em apoiar a revisão da Lei do Sistema Estatístico Nacional de Cabo Verde. O Assessor Jurídico do INE-CV, Adilson Penha Lopes, foi o ponto focal técnico para esta atividade, tendo igualmente colaborado a colega jurista Nelma Luísa. This activity made it possible to resume the work started during the working visit of NSI-CV to NSI-PT, which took place in November 2023, and consisted of supporting the revision of the National Statistical System Law of Cabo Verde. The Legal Adviser of NSI-CV, Adilson Penha Lopes, was the technical focal point for this activity, with fellow lawyer Nelma Luísa also collaborating. Meetings were organised by NSI of Cabo Verde with various partners relevant to this process. Of particular note was the meeting with representatives of services from various ministries and public institutes, which are currently NSI Delegated Bodies (ODINEs), to which the production of certain statistics is delegated, under the exclusive technical guidance of NSI-CV. Also noteworthy was the meeting with the National Data Protection Commission of Cabo Verde, in the person of its Chairman, Faustino Varela, and one of its members, José Maria de Pina. This meeting discussed the main issues relating to personal data to be included in statistical legislation. Meetings were also held with some institutions to exchange views on the issue of delegating statistical competences and the limits imposed by the legislation establishing the functioning of the National Statistical System. A missão decorreu num clima de colaboração e diálogo com os colegas do INE-CV e permitiu identificar os principais aspetos a rever na atual Lei do SEN caboverdiano, propondo sugestões de alteração. No final da missão foram apresentadas as conclusões do trabalho ao Presidente do INE-CV, João de Pina Cardoso, bem como algumas recomendações, designadamente a pertinência da continuação do trabalho em futuras ações de cooperação, a definir posteriormente. The mission took place in a spirit of cooperation and dialogue with NSI-CV colleagues and made it possible to identify the main aspects to be reviewed in the current NSS Law of Cabo Verde, proposing suggestions for amendments. At the end of the mission, the conclusions of the work were presented to the President of NSI of Cabo Verde, João de Pina Cardoso, as well as some recommendations, namely the relevance of continuing the work in future cooperation actions, to be defined at a later date.
