| 181 Transport infrastructures are of particular relevance in the various sectors of the national economy, contributing to the increase of competitiveness and, consequently, to the development of the country, by promoting the general mobility of people and goods, strengthening territorial cohesion and boosting trade. The indicators on the evolution of the transport of passengers and goods contribute to the evaluation of development and robustness degree of the mentioned infrastructures. Indicador 9.1.2.
