O indicador “14.a.1 Percentagem do orçamento total para a investigação atribuída à área da tecnologia marinha”, é avaliado nacionalmente pelo indicador proxy “Proporção do investimento em serviços de I&D científico em tecnologia marinha no total de investimento em produtos de propriedade intelectual”. Em Portugal foi definido como o rácio entre a Formação Bruta de Capital Fixo (FBCF) em investigação e desenvolvimento científicos daConta SatélitedoMar eaFBCFemprodutosdepropriedade intelectual das Contas Nacionais portuguesas. This indicator measures the importance of maritime technology in total R&D investment. The indicator “14.a.1 Proportion of total research budget allocated to research in the field of marine technology” is evaluated nationally by the proxy indicator “Proportion of investment in scientific marine technology R&D services in total investment in intellectual property products”. In Portugal it was defined as the ratio between the Gross Fixed Capital Formation (GFCF) in scientific research and development of the Sea Satellite Account and the GFCF in intellectual property products of the Portuguese National Accounts.
