Em Espanha, registaram-se valores idênticos no início e no final do período, com valores mais baixos nos anos 2009 e 2010 (7,8 e 8,1 t/hab., respetivamente); em Portugal, a trajetória foi quase sempre de crescimento, com um valor inicial de 6,5 t/hab. e e um valor final de 8,8 t/hab. MERCANCÍAS MANIPULADAS EN PUERTOS El movimiento de mercancías en los puertos fue mayor en España que en Portugal en el período 2007-2016, pero este indicador experimentó una evolución diferente. En España, los mismos valores se registraron al principio y al final del periodo, con valores inferiores en 2009 y 2010 (7,8 y 8,1 t/hab., respectivamente); en Portugal, la trayectoria fue casi siempre de crecimiento, con un valor inicial de 6,5 t/hab. y un valor final de 8,8 t/hab. GOODS HANDLED IN PORTS The movement of goods in ports was higher in Spain than in Portugal in the period 2007-2016, but there were different outcomes with regard to this indicator. In Spain, there were identical values at the beginning and at the end of the period, with declines in 2009 and 2010 (7.8 and 8.1 tonnes per inhabitant, respectively); in Portugal, there was almost always an upward trend, with an initial value of 6.5 t/inhab. and a final value of 8.8 t/inhab.
