Desde então, a tendência foi de subida, contínua em Espanha e com oscilações em Portugal. Comparando o último ano da série com o primeiro, a redução em termos relativos foi mais pronunciada em Portugal do que em Espanha (-39,5% e -13,8%, respetivamente). TRANSPORTE DE MERCANCÍAS POR CARRETERA El transporte de mercancías por carretera disminuyó considerablemente en ambos países en la primera mitad del decenio 2009-2018. Desde entonces, la tendencia ha sido ascendente, continua en España y con oscilaciones en Portugal. Comparando el último año de la serie con el primero, la reducción en términos relativos fue más pronunciada en Portugal que en España (-39,5% y -13,8% respectivamente). ROAD FREIGHT In the first half of the decade 2009-2018, the use of road freight transport declined significantly in both countries. Since then, there was an upward trend, continuous in Spain, uneven in Portugal. In relative terms, when comparing the first and the last years of the series, there was a steeper reduction in Portugal (-39.5%) than in Spain (-13.8%).
