Em ambos os países, depois dos máximos alcançados (PT: 42,8 h em 2014; ES: 41,7 h em 2010 e 2013), os registou foram continuamente decrescentes e com trajetórias idênticas. No âmbito da União Europeia, em 2019, o valor mais elevado registou-se na Grécia (43,9 h) e o mais baixo na Dinamarca (38,4 h), sendo de 41,1 h para a UE no seu conjunto. En ambos países, tras los picos alcanzados (PT: 42,8 h en 2014; ES: 41,7 h en 2010 y 2013), las cifras fueron disminuyendo continuamente y con idéntica trayectoria. Dentro de la Unión Europea, en 2019, el valor más alto se registró en Grecia (43,9 h) y el más bajo en Dinamarca (38,4 h), siendo 41,1 h para el conjunto de la UE.
