Summary
The new orders in construction index presented a year-on-year increase of 18.9% in the third quarter 2013 (change rate of -8.2% in the previous quarter). This behaviour was determined by Civil Engineering sector index which moved from a change rate of 29.2% in the second quarter 2013 to 59.4% in the following quarter. The Building Construction index presented a year-on-year change rate of -23.1% (-25.1% in the previous quarter).
