The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,610 per square meter in May 2024, €14 more than in the previous month (an increase of 0.9%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 6.6% (7.0% in April). It should be noted that the number of bank appraisals increased 2.9% when compared to the previous period to around 32.8 thousand, 40.5% more than reported in the same period of the previous year.
