In April, the annual change rate of the new housing construction cost index, in the Mainland, was 1.8%, down by 0.1 percentage points from the observed in March. The annual change rate in the price index of regular maintenance and repair of housing stood at 3.3%, up by 0.5 percentage points more from the previous month.
