Summary
In June, the services turnover year-on-year change rate, adjusted for calendar and seasonal effects, was -9.3% (-4.2% in May). In the 2nd quarter 2011, the year-on-year change rate was -5.3% (-4.1% in the previous quarter). Employment and hours worked adjusted for calendar effects also decreased, 1.9% and 2.7%, respectively, while wages and salaries increased 1.0% in year-on-year terms. By the same order, the change rates in May were -1.6%, -0.3% and -3.9%.
