38% of people aged 16 and 74 years contact with public authorities over the internet

In 2013, 67% of households have access to a computer at home and 62% have access to the internet with broadband connection. 64% of people aged between 16 and 74 years old use a computer, 62% access the internet and 15% place orders for goods or services using the internet. From those using the internet in the first quarter of the year or the year before, 58% contacted with public administration authorities via a website (38% of people aged between 16 and 74 years old).
