Summary
In 2004 airport passenger traffic rose by 8.3% in the domestic territory. Worthy of note are the increases of 13.9% and 12.0% in the Lisboa and Porto airports respectively. The Autonomous Regions of Madeira had a positive change of 0.9%, while the Autonomous Region of Azores posted a rise of 8.2% in passenger traffic.
