Summary
In August early estimates point to a fall in production in of permanent crops, in particular wine-grape production, which is forecast to fall by 20%. In July vis-à-vis the same period in the previous year the focus was on the different trends of species slaughtered for human consumption, with cattle decreasing by 2.5% and poultry and rabbits increasing by 3.3%.
