Summary
The Portuguese Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose 2.4% in June 2007 when compared with June 2006, the same as in the previ-ous month. On a monthly basis, the CPI decreased 0.1%. The CPI 12-month average rate of change decreased from 2.7% in May 2007 to 2.6% in June 2007.
In June, the Portuguese Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) increased 2.4% when compared with the same month of the previous year.
