The median value of bank appraisals on housing reached €1,541 per square meter in September 2023, €3 more than in the previous month (an increase of 0.2%). On a year-on-year basis, the rate of change stood at 7.8% (8.8% in August 2023). It should be noticed that the number of bank appraisals increased by 1.3% compared to the previous period to around 24.9 thousand, 3.5% less than reported in the same period of the previous year.
