In September, the average value of housing bank evaluation in Portugal stood at €1140/sq. meter, down by 1.0% from August and 0.3% in year-on-year terms. Compared with August, Lisboa Metropolitan Area and Porto Metropolitan Area declined 1.1% and 0.3% in September, respectively.
