Legislação, onde se deslocou o técnico
Carlos Valente do Departamento de Recolha
de Informação do INE de Portugal. A ação

informática para a gestão efetiva das
Transgressões Estat í st i cas no INE-
Moçambique e preparar os utilizadores
finais para o manuseamento adequado
dessa aplicação.

From 13 to 24 February, a study visit took
place to Statistics Portugal concerning
Classifications and Nomenclatures with the
participation of two experts from NSI-
Mozambique, Valdemiro Xlhatchwayo and
Marta Chaquisse. The main purpose of this
visit concerned the National Classification of
Occupations – Rev.2.
The action benefited from technical
participation of the Systems and Metadata
Unit of the Methodology and Information
Systems Department of Statistics Portugal.

From 16 to 20 April, another technical
assistance mission to NSI-Mozambique took
place, in the framework of the Legislation
Project, with the participation of the expert
Carlos Valente from the Data Collection
Department of Statistics Portugal. The
action intended to make an IT tool available
for the effective management of statistical
transgressions inNSI-Mozambique as well as
to prepare the final users for the correct
employment of that tool.
(4)Também decorreu, de 28 de maio a 8 de
junho, uma nova visita de trabalho ao INE de
Portugal, onde participaram técnicos do INE
de Moçambique, nomeadamente Azarias
Nhanzimo, Marcelo Amós,
Camilo Amade, Leia Macamo
e Júlia Cravo, desta vez na área
dos Indicadores de Curto-
Prazo. A ação voltou a contar
com a co l abo ra ção do
Gabinete de Estudos, da parte
do INE de Portugal.
Prevê-se que todos os contratos em curso com o
INE de Moçambique estejam terminados no final
de 2012.

from 28 May to 8 June,
another study visit to Statistics Portugal with
the participation of experts from NSI-
Mozambique, namely Azarias Nhanzimo,
Marcelo Amós, Camilo Amade, LeiaMacamo
and Júlia Cravo, this time concerning short-
term indicators. The action counted once
again with the collaboration of the Research
Unit of Statistics Portugal.
The ongoing contracts with NSI-Mozambique are
estimated to be concludedby the end of 2012.
