V Conferência Estatística da CPLP
V Statistical Conference of CPLP
O primeiro dia da Conferência foi constituído por um Seminário subordinado ao tema “
Acesso aos
microdados e confidencialidade dos dados – Partilha de Boas Práticas no âmbito da aplicação dos
Princípios Fundamentais que regem as estatísticas oficiais
”, e no segundo dia teve lugar a Reunião dos
Presidentes e Diretores-gerais de Estatística (DGINE)que abordou vários temas e projetos de interesse
comum. O debate centrou-se nos temas: Censos da População e Habitação; Balanço do Programa de
Capacitação dos PALOP e Timor-Leste; Publicação “Estatísticas da CPLP”; e Projeto “Estatísticas das
Migrações” na sequência da IV Conferência. Os DGINE também destacaram as Prioridades da Atividade
Estatística dos INEs para 2012.
The V Statistical Conference of CPLP was held in Luanda, according to rotation criteria betweenMember

States, on the 22 and 23 of June, 2012.
The first day of the Conference comprised a Seminar concerning
“The Access to micro data and data confidentiality – sharing of
good practices on the implementation of the Fundamental
Principles that regulate official statistics” and on the second day
the DGINS Meeting concerning several themes and projects of
common interest took place. Discussions focused on Housing
and Population Census, overview of the “Training Programme of
the National Statistical Systems of the Portuguese-speaking
African Countries and Timor-Leste – Phase 1 (2012)”, the
publication “Statistics of CPLP” and the project “Migration

Statistics” following the 4 Statistical Conference. The DGINS
also highlighted their NSIs' Priorities for the Statistical Activity in
2012.
