Em Destaque: Workshop - Coordenação da Cooperação dos INE-CPLP
Highlight: Workshop - Coordination of CPLP NSIs Cooperation
Entre 12 e 14 de outubro 2016 realizou-se o
primeiro Workshop sobre coordenação da
cooperação entre os responsáveis dos serviços
de Relações Externas e Cooperação (REC) dos
INE da CPLP. A iniciativa teve lugar no âmbito do
Programa de Capacitação Estatística da CPLP.
O evento deu seguimento a conclusões adotadas na
VI Conferência Estatística da CPLP, realizada em Díli em
2015, que recomendou a institucionalização deste tipo de
encontros como fórum de debate, troca de experiências,
identificação de estratégias e aprendizagem interativa.
O Workshop incidiu sobre a temática da Agenda 2030
e Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (SDG).
A abertura da sessão contou com a presença e
intervenções de representantes do “Camões, Instituto
da Cooperação e da Língua IP” (Paula Lopes e Tânia
Montalvão). De forma complementar e direcionada
para a dimensão estatística, foram feitas apresentações
acerca dos mecanismos de coordenação interna da
monitorização e reporte estatístico, por parte do INE e
do IBGE (Brasil). Às apresentações seguiu-se um animado
debate, em que os restantes participantes partilharam
igualmente os respetivos enquadramentos nacionais de
implementação e monitorização da Agenda.
The first Workshop on co-ordination of
cooperation, gathering the heads of the
External Relations and Cooperation (REC)
Units of the CPLP NSIs, was held from 12 to 14
October, 2016. The initiative took place within
the framework of the CPLP Statistical Training
Programme.
The event followed the conclusions adopted at the VI
CPLP Statistical Conference, held in Dili in 2015, which
recommended institutionalising this type of meeting
as a forum for discussion, exchange of experiences,
identification of strategies and interactive learning.
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the 2030
Agenda were themain themes of the seminar. The opening
session was attended by representatives of “Camões, IP”
(Institute for Development Cooperation and Promotion
of Portuguese Language), namely Ms. Paula Lopes and
Ms. Tânia Montalvão. Additionally, statistical-oriented
presentations were made by both Statistics Portugal
and IBGE (Brazil) regarding the internal coordination
mechanisms for statistical monitoring and report. The
presentations were followed by a lively debate, in which
the participants were able to share their own national
frameworks for the implementation and monitoring of the
Sustainable Development Agenda.
