Nota Introdutória
No presente número da Coopstat News destaca-se a
reedição atualizada de "Estatísticas da CPLP", com a
compilação das principais estatísticas dos países de
língua portuguesa, em resultado do trabalho de
parceria bem-sucedido entre o INE de Portugal e o
INE de Moçambique, com o apoio meritório de todos
os países membros.
Dá-se também destaque a entrevista à Dr.ª Ana
Paula Laborinho, Presidente do "
Camões - Instituto
da Cooperação e da Língua
", que se debruça sobre a
importância fundamental do apoio na área da
estatística, para a cooperação portuguesa.
Na cooperação estatística com os países de língua
portuguesa, salienta-se, por um lado, ao nível
multilateral, a continuação da boa implementação
do
Programa de Capacitação dos Sistemas
Estatísticos Nacionais dos PALOP e Timor-Leste
- Fase
1 (2012). Por outro lado, ao nível bilateral, destaca-
se a conclusão dos trabalhos desenvolvidos no
âmbito do projeto IPC/ICP, concluindo os contratos
celebrados entre o INE de Portugal e o INE de
Moçambique e que vigoraram entre 2010 e 2012.
Na cooperação com outros países, salienta-se o
acolhimento de dois técnicos, oriundos da Albânia e
da Turquia respetivamente, no âmbito do programa
da UE "
IPA 2011- Multibeneficiary Statistical
Cooperation Programme
" que, durante quatro
meses, estagiaram no INE nas áreas da
georreferenciação e da infraestrutura tecnológica,
com resultados muito favoráveis para todas as partes
envolvidas.
The current issue of Coopstat News highlights the
updated reedition of "CPLP Statistics", with the
compilation of the main statistics of Portuguese-
speaking countries, as a result of the successful
partnership work between Statistics Portugal and
NSI-Mozambique, with the valuable support of all
member countries.
It also highlights an interview with Ms. Ana Paula
Laborinho, President of "Camões - Institute for
Cooperation and Language", which focuses on the
fundamental importance of support in the area of
statistics, for Portuguese cooperation.
In statistical cooperation with the Portuguese-
speaking countries, it should be noted, first, at the
multilateral level, the continued successful
implementation of the Training Programme of the
National Statistical Systems of PALOP countries and
Timor-Leste - Phase 1 (2012). Moreover, at the
bilateral level, there is the completion of work under
the CPI/STI project, concluding the contracts between
Statistics Portugal and NSI-Mozambique and that
prevailed between 2010 and 2012.
In the cooperation with other countries, we highlight
the traineeships at Statistics Portugal of two experts,
from Albania and Turkey respectively, under the EU
"IPA 2011 - Multibeneficiary Statistical Cooperation
Programme" which, during four months, gained skills
and knowledge in the areas of geo-referencing and
technological infrastructure, with very favourable
results for all the parties involved.
