Esta será mais uma pequena etapa num longo percurso
profissional na vida do candidato. Mais uma experiencia
a todos os níveis, seja ela profissional, cultural,
emocional etc.
Na triagem dos candidatos, nós os mentores definimos
de forma criteriosa o perfil do candidato que melhor se
enquadra para a posição pretendida.
Não obstante todos estes procedimentos e critérios
na triagem do candidato, existirá sempre um fator na
equação que por vezes desvirtua o sucesso ou não do
projeto assumido pelo mentor, e subsequentemente, no
sucesso do candidato.
Estes serão sempre factos presentes nas nossas escolhas
e decisões que nos acompanharão ao longo da vida.
This represents yet another small step in the long
professional road of the candidate’s life. It is another
experience at every level, whether it is professional or
cultural, emotional, etc.
While selecting the candidates, the mentors carefully
define the profile that best suits the requirements of the
position.
Notwithstanding all of these procedures and criteria
in the sorting of the candidate, there will always be a
factor in the equation that may distort the success of
the project undertook by the mentor and, therefore, the
success of the candidate.
These will always be facts that are present in our choices
and decisions that will remain with us throughout our
lives.
