From the first moment I knew about this opportunity, I was confident that it would be
very useful. However I would like to emphasize that the people I have been working with
have shown to be very good colleagues and coaches for this period.
They have been providing me guidance, assistance, collaboration and support during all
the time. I truly appreciate their teaming and friendship which is very important for a
programme like this.
Desde que soube desta oportunidade fiquei com a certeza de que seria muito útil.
Gostaria de enfatizar que as pessoas com quem trabalhei foram excelentes colegas em
todo este período. Facultaram-me orientações, mostraram caminhos, deram assistência
e colaboraram no decurso do período de estágio. Apreciei o espírito de equipa e
amizade, o que é muito importante num programa como este.
Voltarei para a Albânia com a melhor das impressões e muito feliz por partilhar com os
meus colegas albaneses esta excelente experiência.

Foi uma excelente experiência ser orientadora de uma
estagiária, quer do ponto de vista profissional, social,
humano e cultural.
Para mim, ter sido orientadora não só me
proporcionou uma boa experiência profissional sobre
novos assuntos como também uma ótima relação num
agradável ambiente de trabalho. Tal só foi possível
porque a Dorina acompanhou muito bem todo o
processo e foi muito acessível, excelente, simpática e
muito inteligente.
Para além da amizade e de um ambiente multicultural,
a Dorina trabalhou intensamente em áreas que
necessitavam de ser implementadas e os resultados da
sua investigação e testes estão a ser incluídos no nosso
sistema de produção.

It was a great experience to be a mentor of a trainee,
either from a professional, social, human or cultural
perspective. For me, being a mentor is not only to
provide a good professional experience in new
subjects for the trainee, but also to provide a good
human relationship in a pleasant working
environment. This is only possible if the trainee “goes
along with it” and with Dorina was very easy, she is a
wonderful, kind, friendly and very smart girl. Besides
friendship and a unique knowledge and multicultural
environment, she provided us with real work, in areas
that needed to be implemented; the results of her
research and testing are now being included in our
production system.
For me it was a success!
